1. How does the online training work?

After you have talked to your trainer, they will create a customized workout routine for your goal and activity level. There will be daily check-ups and weekly progress reports where you and your trainer can make adjustments as needed.

2. Do I need special equipment for the online training?

No, your trainer can tailor your program to the equipment you have available.

3. Can I access the training from anywhere?

Yes, your trainer will send you the workout plan in a downloadable file.

4. How often will I receive new workout plans?

The workout plans will be sent out monthly. If any adjustments need to be made to a workout plan, a newly revised workout plan will be sent out. 

5. How do I communicate with my personal trainer?

You can contact your trainer through email, text message, or scheduled video call.

​6. Will my personal trainer provide modifications for any injuries or health conditions I have?

Your trainer will provide modifications for minor injuries or improper movements. If it is a serious injury or health condition, your trainer will direct you to the proper facilities.

7. How do I track my progress and receive feedback from my personal trainer?

Your trainer will track your progress for you! If at any time you would like to see your progress you can request it from your trainer. During your daily and weekly check-ins, you will receive feedback from your trainer.

8. Is the online training program secure and private?

Yes, your training is secure and is to be kept between you and your trainer.
